7:30am – Pick up Sydney CBD
10:00am – premium tasting – choice of premium private tasting or wine country activity
11:15am – private boutique tasting
12:30pm – mini degustation or 3 course fine dining
2:15pm – premium tasting – choice of premium prviate tasting
3:30pm – premium cheese & wine pairing
5:30pm – depart Hunter Valley and return to Hotel Sydney SBD approx 8:00 PM
or transfer to a fine dining dinner experience
8:00pm – If dinner option taken – leave the Hunter and return to Hotel aprox 10:15pm
